Sew Port Pillows
Port pillows attach to a seat belt, to relieve pressure and to provide patients comfort and protection in the car. They offer a layer of cushioning between the seat belt and a portacath—a device placed under the skin of the chest—helping to reduce discomfort during car rides.
Materials Needed:
- Cotton or other soft fabric like flannel or fleece
- ⅝” or ¾” wide, sew-on Velcro tape
- Fiberfill or similar fluff for filling
