These amazing volunteers profoundly impact all who are involved. Phil’s vision to comfort cancer patients while in the hospital brings love, hope, and joy to my heart. Without a doubt, the Lord is shining down onto Phil’s Friends & smiling at all who are involved.
Cancer is strong. Hope is stronger. This is a great organization to support in any way you can. There are many lives touched through Phil’s Friends. Be a part of something bigger than yourself.
It was a fun time for our whole family of seven. I totally want to do it again, and my kids want to come back, too. It honestly doesn’t feel like you’re working or volunteering at all. It’s a wonderful way to spend a few hours helping do various “jobs.” There is something for every able body to do, like coloring/drawing on boxes or cards, cutting fleece blankets, tying those easy diy blankets, and packing up the Care Packages.
It is very clean, extremely organized, and a nice place for families to volunteer together.
They are wonderful. The gifts meant so much and were very useful. My sister volunteers there and personally picked my favorite color.
It’s a wonderful location to volunteer. The charity is for a great cause, near and dear to my heart. Their website and social media have a great message: send hope to cancer patients.
This is a great place to donate my money and time. After receiving a box, I felt the hope and went on to achieve remission. I now give back to the organization to give others the same feeling of hope!
Great organization with a great mission! Friendly staff who help make everything happen. Thank you, Phil’s Friends!
This is an amazing place to volunteer for family and church groups. It’s for anyone trying to give their time to an amazing cause.
A simple idea with great follow-through–compassionate & focused on others–provides the human touch that is needed when healing.
Thank you so much for the awesome Care Package for our son, Mason, who is battling leukemia! You brought him lots of smiles.
We can’t thank you enough for the Care Package and letters of encouragement. They have meant so much to us.
I wanted to thank Miss Cass (17), who decorated a card with a joke about a cow. I laughed so hard! Made my day! Thank you guys for being in my corner, and God Bless all your volunteers.
Thank you so much for my thoughtful gift! I am in recovery from surgery and will start treatment soon. God is good! Pray for me.
Thank you so much for the box of goodies! What a day brightener that was! But even more so, thank you for the light you shared and the reminder that throughout this journey, the light will help me get through and I am never alone in this. What a wonderful blessing!
