Bringing Hope to Cancer Patients
Phil’s Friends Partners with Franciscan Health Cancer Center Munster
Munster, IN, Wednesday May 29, 2019 — Cancer is an epidemic that affects all people, either directly or indirectly. While undergoing treatment for this disease, patients need more than just medical support. Hope has been identified as having therapeutic value for those affected by cancer. Our desire is to come alongside patients by way of spiritual, emotional, and practical support that leaves them hope-filled.
We are overjoyed to announce further expansion of our hospital program with the recent partnership at the Franciscan Health Cancer Center Munster. This partnership means more of those affected by cancer will experience comprehensive care while receiving treatment.
Our trained and vetted hospital volunteers began visits May 2
