Move your Feet for HOPE!
The Phil’s Friends marathon team is days away from toeing the start line at the Chicago Marathon. We are so proud of our team and their efforts to raise funds for our programs. Would you join us in praying for them and also for the entire event?
Father God,
We thank you for opportunities to glorify you in each day you give us,
We thank you for the abilities you have blessed us with to further your Kingdom,
We lift up each of the runners that will be participating in the marathon this weekend,
We ask that you encourage each runner as they run,
We ask that you protect them from injury or otherwise,
We ask that you give them the ability to endure,
We trust in your perfect plan for how the day will play out,
We trust in your provision for each fundraising runner that they may meet their goals,
We give over control of all outcomes to you,
We thank you for your love and most of all for your son, Jesus,
and we pray all this in His great name,
Amen.
