Our Hope Center can accommodate up to 45 volunteers at a time. You can organize a group of your family and friends or from your clubs, community organizations, churches, corporations, sports teams and more. During these 90 minute sessions you will be able to make and pack Care Packages and color Cards of Hope. Schedule a group and bring hope today!
Ambassadors of Hope
We have many of different important tasks within the organization that are always of need of extra support and need to have unique abilities of volunteering! We have just launched our volunteer program: Ambassadors of Hope! These ambassadors teams will be strategically focusing on important roles that are need to assist our staff! The teams will be Administrative Team, Events Team, Hope Pack Assistance, Speakers Bureau, Prayer Team! With lots of responsibilities to help Phil’s Friends move forward as an organization, we require volunteers go through an orientation and training process where your skills will be best matched with our area of needs! Cards of Hope Network
Our Cards of Hope program mails out thousands of encouraging cards and letters to our patients each week. Now individuals and groups of all ages and from all across the country can color these cards with their families, schools or community organizations. There are even contests to design a Phil’s Friends postcard that will go directly to cancer patients. To learn more about how to get involved with this network, contact us by clicking below.
You can always help Phil’s Friends by spreading the word about our mission! Request a Care Package for someone affected by cancer, organize a drive to gather Care Package items, or arrange for a Phil’s Friends representative to come speak at your school, church, business, or organization.
